Fitbit Luxe font size is too small

Is there any way to change the font size of the new Luxe?

I haven’t found a way yet. I hope they add this option in an update. It’s frustrating to need to wear glasses in order to read the screen.

Do you know when this update will be available?

If the font size issue is not resolved shortly I will need to return it and get a product from a company that considers accessibility issues, such as the Apple watch. I don't even regularly wear glasses and the font size is far too small, especially for outside.

The font for each screen (i.e. heart rate, pace, steps etc) should be the full screen size, instead of tiny and nested within the time. The time can disappear when showing these other stats.

When is this update happening?  The Luxe is very attractive but even with reading glasses on, it is all but impossible to read anything.  The display only seems to take up a small part of the screen so I am baffled as to why everything is so small.

While I want the text size to increase, I don't want it at the expense of having the data.  But, many of your faces are totally unusable because the fitness data is too small to see.  I honestly don't need to have a huge thing showing the time.  I would rather more of the space was devoted to the stat I want to see.

I just took delivery today 7/7/21 of my new LUXE. Very disappointed in the inability to change the font size to make it readable. It is disturbing to me not to know when this update can be expected. Your comment,:

This is  not an acceptable response. What am I supposed to do in the meantime? I cannot even see any of the text on my statistics. 

Unless you can provide a time when this firm ware update is expected, the device is useless to me without it's intended purpose and functionality.   I don't need another watch.

Hi - I don't think it's too bad really. Having read these comments I was worried about whether I would be able to read notifications etc but the display is so dynamic and crisp, the font is definitely readable.  It's a beautiful little device I think.  So far mine does everything it is supposed to do straight out of the box.

Is there any news on this update.  I just received my new luxe and although I love the feel and look I simply cannot read the text.  Appreciate the screen is small but why use the majority of the screen space for the clock.  The screen is actually bigger than my old Alta hr which I could read just fine.  Sadly I am going to have to return as it makes no sense to have to use my phone to read my data.

Firmware update approx July 23 did not include a larger font.
The only thing readable during workouts is the time.

I agree, the time is the only readable function.
I returned my Luxe in exchange for the Fitbit Versa 3.

Got my luxe today. I’m baffled that this was released with the ridiculously small font size. It seems only fair to provide an estimated fix date, before our ‘return for refund’ window expires. Kinda need a better answer than what’s been provided on this forum.

Hugely disappointed with this product. In addition to the ridiculously small font size, the screen estate is so small (limited to a small square surrounded by wide bezels)
