Fitbit Luxe font size is too small

Is there any way to change the font size of the new Luxe?

Originally I found it too small but then they increased the size and now I find it ok. I can even read it without my glasses.

Nope, if you can return them that is what I would recommend. I wish I had
not upgraded to the larger size text actually. Just more e-waste for the
rubbish pile eventually, unfortunately.

So, this post was June 2021. Is there now a solution a year later? The ability to change a font size should not be this complicated, Mine is a Luxe. I would return it if it hadn’t been a gift.

No change to my existing Luxe..I don’t know if an update would change it or if a new line of this product may be different.

Try any android phone. I think it is iphone issue that font size looks small for third party apps like fitbit.

Literally just bought one today, set it up, and then wondered why there wasn't an option to change the font size. Come on Fitbit, a year from this first post. May have to return it. 😞

I hardly ever look at my Fitbit, I use my app to read at all. That is kind of a shame. I wear it to get the readings, not to read it.

What an absolute joke to have all the data pieces imbedded into one function, that I have to swipe on this tiny screen to even see and the stats are so small you can't even read them.  Once again, the designers won instead of the customers.  Form over function, in an item such as this, is not a plan to win over customers.  My Alta HR died and I loved that I could just tap through the stats and I COULD SEE THEM!  This is going back tomorrow.  How disappointing that after a year, this is still not corrected.   Please don't respond with your generic message that it's being worked on - that's obviously not true. 

I just purchased one and it just updated - I cannot read the font.  In fact, I had to take a picture of what I now know is a 'shoe', to figure out what was going on...that's the step tracker!  That's what I want to see, not the clock...

That's exactly how my Alta HR was and I loved it, but it died and I replaced it with this useless 'watch' which is going back to the store.

How old are you?  Maybe that is why you can see and others can’t.  My charge 3 has basically died and looking for upgrade, but with my eye issues, I have got to get one I can read.

This is such a nuisance. I just bought a Luxe and will have to return it as I can't read the screen. I don't need glasses but can't see the step count. Ridiculous when cheap generic ones have a better display.

Has there been an update on the luxe font size yet? I bought my device back in November 2022 and don’t wear it as much as I would if I could see it. I am ready to buy something new.

I contacted help at Fitbit about font size on my charge 3 too small as I aged, asked for suggestion. They advised I get a charge 5, which I did, and it is a big improvement.
