Anyone with the luxe how do you find reading any messages on your device. I hear the lettering is very small.

Hi @sparkles4,
This is a hard question to answer as the Luxe hasn't made it's way into the hands of users yet.

You can see the display text towards the end of this video

it's tiny and unless it the font size for stats is increased, I'm returning it. The clock time font is ridiculously huge. I've had a fitbit Alta hr for four years and had great hope for the Luxe. (you can't read the alta hr in the sun and you could read the Luxe IF the font was larger). I don't want to switch to Apple but I need to see my stats.

I just received my Luxe yesterday. I believe the reason that messages are so tiny is because the face of the Luxe is very misleading. The actual useable part is not the full tracker. If you tip it sideways you can see the tiny square for text, or anything for that matter. I am very disappointed in mine and will be returning it.

Agree with you Sparkles 4. I like the style and is ver comfortable to wear, BUT hard to see and read any if the info other than the time, which is fine . Mmn, wanted a bit more than a watch, already got one of those. So yes, disappointed but will persevere with the aid of a magnifying glass :magnifying_glass_tilted_left:

Yes, this is the issue. The actual usable part is only about half the size of the tracker. At first I thought they just weren't using part of the space (ridiculous though that was). But, it is worse than that. Part of it is just basically dead glass. Nothing is there or will ever be there.
This makes the fonts tiny or else there is almost no info on there. I don't like needing reading glasses to see my HR during a workout. I do like the color display and the overall look is very attractive. Just not as functional as I wanted.

Super tiny. Font size maybe a 6. I’m returning it

The actual size of the trackers available space is so small, I also returned mine. I wish Fitbit would make a smart watch a bit smaller with a full screen size.

It's teeny tiny but I think I'll keep it cause I don't want a big clunky thing and the link band makes it attractive. I will mostly use the app to track my health. This is my first fitbit. I'm 65 and anxious to feel better.

Okay. Had my new luxe for 3 days. I'm disappointed it is not user friendly. I paid above for it but wish I'd chosen a device easier to navigate. I like that it's small but too many units on/off options when your fingers are a little shaky.

Yes, the font size is too small. I just got a new Luxe and wondering if I should return it.
The count step size is smaller than it was on my Alta and the time is way too big.
I have been on line with Fitbit and they don't seem interested in fixing it.
Tried to open a defect today and spent over 40 minutes on hold with them.
very fisappointing that they didn't respond to this customer feedback in over 6 months.

Hello Fitbit support,
Is there a plan to fix the Luxe font size or at least add some clock faces with some variety, instead of all having super large time and then the rest of the stats are super small?
This is really a defect, the software should have adjustable font sizes.

Pjvan
what did you decide to do?
I have both luxe and inspire2 but both fonts are smaller than my old Alta was.
I called Fitbit to log a defect that people can’t read the font and support told me this is by design.
support case #43579989 and asked to raise to management.
At least the inspire has the silent alarm feature that can beset in the app.
thanks for any suggestions.

Yes, it is still very small!
Does anyone know if Garmin is better?
Both Luxe and Inspire have small font size for stats.
The time takes up over half the screen space and then the stats are super tiny.
I opened a support case 43579989 to raise this as a defect but Fitbit support says it is by design.
Really unfortunate, as the Alta had larger size stats and Can be read.

I agree with everyone on this post. I just got my LUXE and hate it because the font on my steps and heart rate are too small. I loved my Altra and can't understand why the screen can't be turned and the font larger. Called Fitbit to log a complaint and they said they are working on it. I thought I saw another Post where the Fitbit people said an upgrade was done in October to increase font. If so, how do we get the update?

Cindy, I procrastinated and kept it. In order to read it while hiking, I activate the hike exercise and it is easier for me to read. When the Charge 5 came out and was on sale last week for $119.00, I ordered it. Just got it on Monday and wanted to love it. The text is bigger and readable with more features but for me the wrist band is too big and so wide that it's uncomfortable enough to motivate me to get it together and return the darn thing.
