Fitbit Luxe full charge only lasts 2/3days & dies

Had Fitbit luxe for few months & need to charge ever few days, battery dies 2/3days not 5!!

Inconsistent, battery low just switches off, whereas other Fitbit’s I have had would be on low sleep mode but still count your steps. Happened again yesterday on big walk & missed out on 10,000 steps - would not recommend this Fitbit to anyone… is it faulty?

Totally agree, I would never recommend fitbit and have heard from many others of better brands. But I can't even get 2 days and no help with any type of support. So sad 😞

I have loved my previous Fitbit’s but this is thee worst!

just got email “Your Luxe battery level is low” so that’s not even 48 hours now am monitoring it. They must be faulty as not doing what they claim 5 days? Never lasted very long!! 
friend asked if she should buy the luxe - was a hard no!!
