I have been a loyal fitbit owner for years and years. I even bought an Apple Watch and ended up wearing them both because the apple watch would only start my workout 15 minutes into the workout. My issue with the Apple Watch is I can't really wear it overnight. So fast forward to today. I have had my Luxe just over the warranty/additional warranty I purchased. I signed up for a ton of reward programs and as time went on, I noticed I was no longer receiving rewards. From purchase, I have had to unpair and repair the Luxe over and over again. I am really disappointed as I have had excellent results with previous Fitbits or had them replaced at no charge.
