Fitbit Luxe is not tracking my heart rate

my heart rate is not measured. does anyone know how i can solve this?

 

Update: I solved my own problem  🙂

 

I found out that you have to change something in the settings. When you swipe down 3 times and tap on settings, swipe down to hart beat. I had to turn it on and now it’s working.
