synchronised my new Luxe and it’s showing over 500,000 steps for yesterday! I’ve restarted the luxe and the app and my phone but it’s not corrected itself. Can anyone suggest a fix please?

Hi there, @mazp71. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Fitbit Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

I'd recommend waiting until midnight so your Luxe can be reset. We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Luxe. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

As for the extra steps, please note there's no way to delete them, but you can achieve the same result by negating them. For more information, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
