My Luxe has been turning the DND mode on by itself. 
I noticed this when I didn't receive notification for calls or texts. 

No, I didn't turn the DND on manually. 
No, I doubt that I accidentally turned it on. 
No, the sleep mode or quiet mode is not on. 

 

Please help...

Hi there, @tingaries. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for making sure that you have not enabled those features manually. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
