My screen keeps turning on every 20 seconds even when I put the display on manual or sleep mode or when I don’t even move my arm. My battery lasted about 18 hours cause of it. How do I fix this? I purchased it yesterday. Should I exchange it?

As @Julia_G has recommended, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, @lvred1 , I would suggest giving it a restart/reboot following these instructions . You may need to repeat the procedure.
If that doesn’t solve your issue, I would recommend exchanging it.

Hi, I have tried all this already and it’s still turning on. I will go exchange it today.
