Fitbit Luxe latches won't stay secure

I am done with Fitbit. I hate to say because I like the tracking. However, it seems that the Fitbit devices have not been lasting as long lately I have been through quite a few of them in the last few years. I ordered the luxe and I loved it. But, the latches on the hinges of the tracker do not stay latched. I have lost it several times lucky enough to find it again. Today was yardwork day and I’ve planted and planted and looked down and my luxe was gone. I don’t know if it fell off in a hole for that I potted a plant in or what.Now I am out $200 and I will not be replacing my luxe.

I'm so sorry this happened to you.  Mine has fallen off once too, especially with the special edition gorjana band.  I think the regular silicone band is fine but this is the very first fitbit I've ever owned.  The gorjana band is very pretty but I saw the latches don't stay completely closed.  Mine fell off while in my car and I've been more cautious and anxious that it will happen again.  It's frustrating.

I have had the same issue too with the Gorjana bracelet. Definitely a design flaw there with the band keep popping away from the latch, I am constantly having to click it back in while wearing it. I am returning mine which is a shame because it’s a very pretty watch, but I think I will just get it with the standard silicone strap. This was one of the main reasons for buying it so you can be sporty with it or more dressed up.

Same!! Mine falls off daily. I purchased the silver mesh band (NOT CHEAP) to go with it and the latch doesn’t hold…both at the magnetic clasp and at the sides of the luxe. Lot of money to spend on something that I’ve almost lost on multiple occasions!!

I'm so mad at this issue! I loved the Luxe (it actually fit on my small wrist), but the band kept disconnecting. I ended up losing it on a walk. What a waste of money!
