Hey team
I woke up this morning to find that my Fitbit logged 4,194,442 steps last night. Which I obviously didn’t do!
I don’t sleep with a fan in the room (heard that can confuse the device). So this must be a software error.
Is there a way to get rid of these steps? I feel like I’ve cheated my way to a lot of step awards haha
Hope someone knows what might have happened!

Wow @sazte that's the most false steps I've seen posted on the forums. You'll need support to help you with removing them and determining the reason for it happening.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

Hey @Odyssey13 - yeah crazy I know! I thought I should upload an image to prove it haha.
I spoke to Fitbit through their chat function, and they said there's no way to remove them which is a bit of a disappointment.
I worked through the steps to stop it from happening again, so hopefully this is the one and only time this happens.
But so strange!
