Fitbit Luxe no longer syncs with Moto G Sylus

My Luxe just stopped syncing today. Restarted phone multiple times. Then deleted Luxe from Bluetooth and now it won't reconnect with phone. App says it syncs but it does not. HELP!

@JeriCorgill this is an issue on Fitbit's end. I don't know when it will be resolved, but they are working on getting it fixed ASAP.

How will we know when the issue has supposedly been fixed so we can reconnect to devices? I love my Luxe but it doesn't help that I cannot see the metrics that are only available on the app!

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday! I fiddled with it all day. Restarting both luxe watch and my Motorola phone.

Is there a code to pair?? Please help tech!
