Fitbit Luxe no skin tenperature tracking

Hi, just bought a fitbit luxe, but it has not been able to track my skin temperature. I have done everything suggested in the articles, but have not managed to get it to track. I would really appreciate your help. Many thanks!

Hi @VO2 are you saying that in the fitbit app, under the Health metrics / skin temp there is no data?
