Fitbit lux notification that it needed charging (14%). Put it on charge, not charging, used the button on charger 3 taps etc still not working. New charger tried and no luck. Fitbit last synced this morning with no problems. Points checked on Fitbit all seem ok. Checked app on iPad and it won’t sync now. Any help

I’m replying to myself 😂😂 Got great support from on line chat with Fitbit. Cleaning the charging points on the back of my fit bit with a damp toothbrush did the trick. Now working
