Fitbit Luxe not connecting to iPhone 7

Hi, does anybody have a problem connecting their Fitbit Luxe to their iPhone 7? It just can’t find the watch. I was able to connect it to an iPhone 12 Pro though.

@brett0123 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

 

As you already were successful to pair the Luxe with your account, on the iPhone 12, please turn the Bluetooth of this one off. 

Open the Fitbit app on the iPhone 7, tapp on your profile picture > Luxe> sync now. 

 

After the synchronization, turn the Bluetooth of the 12 and make sure that the Luxe does not appear on the bluetooth menu. 

If you see it, just unpair/remove it from the the list. 

Then delete the Fitbit app from the 12 so that the only choice for the Luxe is the 7.
