A few days ago my Luxe stopped vibrating when I reached 10K and also stopped auto recognising and mapping my runs (despite still recording all metrics eg steps, heart rate etc).
When I exercise, it no longer goes into the mode where it’s recording a
run (eg where I have to pause and end workout). However when I go into exercise history after, it shows that I did a run - but doesn’t display a map or KMs covered like it used to.
It’s only a few months old and has not been damaged in any way.
If anyone knows what’s wrong or how to fix this issue I’d really appreciate it!
