Fitbit Luxe not tracking my GPS route accurately

My Luxe Shows pace, distance, heart rate, and time. It did show a map of the walk. iPhone is set to always allow access to app. iPhone is a 11pro running latest software 14.6.

Hi there, @Plantbaseddad. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for making sure that your iPhone is set to always allow access to the Fitbit app. 

Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? 

With that said, after you end your workout, open the Fitbit app and tap the Exercise tile to see a workout intensity map that shows your route, distance, heart-rate zones, and pace. Tap the map to see detailed stats about your workout. For more information, see How do I see GPS data captured by my Fitbit device?

I forgot to add my Luxe was mapping my workouts and I loved that. I was drawing shapes with my power walks on a map. Then suddenly it stopped working. 

I did check all those issues you mentioned and followed the directions. I even reset my Luxe and rebooted my iPhone. No luck.

 

I see no way to turn GPS on my Luxe and no way to turn it off either from the app or on the Luxe. The iPhone allow access always was the first thing checked. It was on. 

 

I thought maybe my premium membership was canceled but the Luxe is tracking my sleep giving me graphs of how I sleep so I figured that was the wrong tree to bark up. 

 

Thanks for your help, I’ll keep trying to see what is wrong.

FYI, Luxe finally started to map my walks. I was a 1/4 in to a walk and viola it started to track. This is the same path I’ve taken before and I’ve made no setting changes. 

I’m thinking good wishes and prayers fixed it.
