Fitbit Luxe order hasn't arrived

Hi,  I'm inquiring re: why the Fit Bit I ordered on March 10 and was supposed to be delivered by March 13 has gone missing

 

I have called Fed Ex numerous times and they tell me it's still in transit on a truck and that is since March 13 & there have been no updates since.  I have called Fit Bit twice and on March 22 I was told by a Jermaine R that I would receive a link so I could cancel this order along with a link to the discount code I used initially so I could re-order said item.  Instead I got the message below (scroll down).  This is my 4th Fit Bit at a minimum and this is very disappointing to say the least.

Hi @Patty464  we're the community forum members and you would still need customer support for this. From the email you shared, it seems Fitbit just wants you to wait a few days. I know from the news that FedEx can often take longer to get items shipped. Sometimes there are delays due to weather, which can happen in early spring. I know telling you patience is rewarded is true.
