Fitbit Luxe: "No Charge" displays when it gets hot

Hello, 

Wondering if anyone has had same problem:

Twice while being outside in the sun, I look down and my fitbit luxe displays "No Charge" 

I know it has a charge and it stays displayed until I put it on charge and then it says the percent

it is actually charged at and works fine after. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Dezzylou  how hot was it? You can see the operating temperatures on Page 43 of the user manual - click to go there.

Thanks so much for your response! Although the air temp was not that hot, I am sure it felt that way to the fitbit. 

It was at least 98-101 outside.

That was hot @Dezzylou  and with your skin being hot, it was heating up. Hope you're staying hydrated.  Glad it's working for you.
