Fitbit Luxe restarting itself five or six times a day

Has anyone else noticed that they are Luxe restarts itself probably five or six times a day? I don’t know that anything is wrong but I have been noticing I’ll go to look at a time and it is restarting even though I did not tell her to do so. No touching involved. It just does it.

Hi there, @Dragongirl1978. It's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

Please restart your Fitbit Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

I actually did restart it last night and I will monitor today to see if it continues to do what it was doing. But it has been doing it for a couple days. I will go to look at the time and it will be restarting itself.

@MarreFitbitOver the last two days, it has continued the random restarts (It just did it right now, which is what prompted me to post again). I have restarted on purpose afterward, and I have also changed the clock face each time.

It's still not tracking my sleep properly, this is day 9 and it's done it one day only. I have it almost too tight. Do you think I should put it on sleep mode? Would that help? Thank you!!

I think I might have to call it quits on the Luxe. I don't want to, and I wanted to love it, but it is still not tracking my sleep more than 3-5 hours a night, (it's been 2 weeks) and that is a very important feature to me. The battery is crap, and and I am having to charge it daily, and the the latest hijynxs is that it will not swipe left at all, so I can't turn off alarms (which is what I wanted to do when it started it). I will barely swipe up or down, and only sometimes right. I have restarted it tons of times, changed the clock faces, and even repaired it. Nothing. I am very disappointed. I was hoping there would be a firmware update, or some other fixes, but I need a reliable tracker, and this is far from it. I wasn't experiencing alot of other issues with it people were having, but I seem to be now. I don't want to lose the color screen or the size of the Luxe, which I loved, but the Charge 4 is likely way more reliable.
