Fitbit Luxe screen won't swipe up or down

Got my Luxe 3 days ago and this morning I tried to swipe up from the home clock screen to see my sleep stats and it wouldn't work. Swiping left/right to see apps worked fine, and swiping up while in an app worked, it was only the swipe up/down from the clock screen to view stats or settings. I tried several more times throughout the day, and randomly it's now working at about 2:00 p.m.

Please restart your device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@MarreFitbit I am extremely frustrated my luxe will not swipe left at all and I need to delete an alarm. There’s no other way to do it. I have change the clock faces I have restarted the device I have unpaired my device. I am extremely frustrated with this device. I really want to give it a chance but I don’t think I’m gonna be able to give them much longer than two weeks that I have. Why are there no fixes for all these bugs?
