Fitbit Luxe shows fewer steps than Fitbit app. Both show same mileage and the app is correct

Fitbit app and Fitbit Luxe show different steps despite restarting and resyncing both. Both show the same mileage. The app is correct. The Luxe is incorrect. This is not a syncing issue.
