Just upgraded to Luxe. I had Alta before with app on laptop. Now app wont connect to Luxe and screen keeps saying 'download app', which I have done.
shop said it would work on app on laptop, but I can't get them to sync.
Any help really appreciated.

Hi @gardenermum the newer Fitbits must be set up on Android or iOS. You have a compatible phone?

No, silver surfer, only landline. App worked with alta but wont work with Luxe?

@gardenermum , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
If possible, and if you have access to someone's phone, borrow from a family member for the moment, please download the Fitbit app there and try to setup the Luxe with it. You can always log out and remove the app from that device.
After the luxe is setup to your account try to sync it with the PC.
