Fitbit Luxe will not update Timezone no matter what I try

I have tried all the tips. Restart, turn off automatic and pick another Timezone and change back. It won’t even change to any timezone

I'm having the same problem, checked everything,turned off automatically set timezone and selected timezone but the watch doesn't switch time.
