Fitbit Luxe won't pair or sync to my Fitbit app

Totally agree, having to resort to an older device that most folks do not have is not an ideal solution so hoping Fitbit gets a fix out sooner than later...

Surely this reload of app should be a 1 time solution not a daily weekly expectation. Very annoying trying to get it to link to Bluetooth to see results. Last time mine linked is Dec 28 and it's now Jan 7. It tells the time and that's about it!!! Have to tap tap tap several times to get the screen to roll to show steps and heart readings. . Most disappointing device ever. Gold link band is nice.

I have a flip 4 and having same issue! Worked fine and now will not sync. Trying all the fixes and removed the app and now will not connect to add back into app. Useless at this point...
