I got my fitbit luxe and it won't pair with my app. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it. Disconnected my old fitbit. I turned off bluetooth and then back on. Still not working.

Hi there, @GPjuju. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit Luxe before reaching out.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:

  • Huawei P8 Lite
  • Huawei P9 Lite
  • Xiaomi Mi 6
  • Huawei P20 Lite
  • See these additional instructions for help resolving any issues using the Fitbit app on this device.

If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps below:

  • Make sure you've removed your old Fitbit device not only from your Fitbit account, but also from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Also, double check if by any chance, your Luxe appears on your phone's Bluetooth. If so, please remove it as well.
  • Then, proceed to restart your Fitbit Luxe.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit Luxe.

If you still want to use your old Fitbit device, please try paring the Fitbit Luxe first. Once it's connected to your Fitbit account, you can try to set up your old Fitbit device.

If you continue having issues, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
