Fitbit Luxe won't pair with any of my devices

Unfortunately, I had to learn, after buying the watch, that the Fitbit luxe is not compatible with any of my phones nor tablets, neither with my Macbook.

The only option I've been given is to buy a Fitbit Dongle to be able to pair the watch to my Macbook.

I wanted to check with all users if there is any other way to pairing the watch. I believe that given the price of the watch, the dongle could be provided by the brand. I am pretty disappointed.

This is my last shot, if there is no alternative to the Fitbit dongle I will return the watch.

Hi there, Indeed I have been informed I wont be able to sync the Luxe to my laptop (nor tablet nor phone) hence I will have to return the tracker. Thanks for your time. Best, Leticia
