Fitbit Luxe won't stop vibrating when I receive a call

How can I stop my Luxe from vibrating all throughout a phone call?  It vibrates every few minutes on my wrist when I am on a call and shows "Active Call" and it is annoying.  Is there a way to stop it?

Hi there, @dawnhb0710. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe. I understand how annoying this can be. 

I'd recommend setting up the notifications once again. To do so, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" the Bluetooth connection to your Fitbit device:
    1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the information iconor gear iconnext to the name of your Fitbit device.
    3. Find the option to forget the device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again, then sync your Fitbit device.
