Fitbit Luxe won't stop vibrating when I receive a call

When I answer my phone, my luxe vibrates with an active call notification repeatedly during the call. It is extremely frustrating to have my wrist vibrating every ten seconds. Is there a way to stop this without turning off the call notifications. When I hang up, I have something like nine active call notifications for the same call. I like getting the notification to answer the phone, but I don’t need it to tell me repeatedly that I am on the phone!

Hi there, @Ladybugwalker. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, I understand how frustrating this can be.

I'd recommend setting up the notifications once again. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Tell your phone to "forget" the Bluetooth connection to your Fitbit device:
    1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the information iconor gear iconnext to the name of your Fitbit device.
    3. Find the option to forget the device.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again, then sync your Fitbit device.
