Fitbit Luxe won't sync to my Android phone

My boyfriend has a Garmin smartwatch and I was able to use it for a week. I was super excited about how it works, so that's why I decided to buy a smartwatch, because it helps my health. The Garmin was a bit boyish, so I decided to buy the Fitbit Luxe. 

 

I received the Fitbit Luxe yesterday and I was very excited about it, because I liked the design a lot more than what I expected. But I am very disappointed because the sync is not going well. I've done everything asked and nothing helps. This is my first experience with fitbit, but not a good one. I will wait a couple of days and if it doesn't work well, I will send it back and buy a Garmin. It's a pity that a smartwatch doesn't work as a real smartwatch.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

To solve the issue, please try following the steps below:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app, open the Fitbit app, and sync the Fitbit Luxe. 
  2. Make sure you've followed the steps provided in this help article Why won’t my Fitbit device sync?   
  3. Please restart the Fitbit Luxe and manually sync the tracker.
