Is the Bluetooth on?  I didn't notice my Bluetooth was off and thought I had the same issue.  I turned it on and it synced immediately

@RekhaP where you able to setup the Luxe to your Fitbit Account?

Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps

Tried shutting the phone off, not just a restart?

Cleared the Cache for the fitbit app?

Hi there, @RekhaP. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where you're coming from. @Lizzie808 Thanks for sharing what worked for you, I'm glad to hear you're back on track! @Rich_Laue Thanks for the input!

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

To solve the issue, please try following the steps below:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app, open the Fitbit app, and sync the Fitbit Luxe.
  2. Make sure you've followed the steps provided in this help article Why won’t my Fitbit device sync?
  3. Please restart the Fitbit Luxe and manually sync the tracker.

Hi @RekhaP, I am also having issues syncing data to my Andriod device. The simple method of opening the FitBit app, pull down to "Release and refresh" data doesn't work for me.

This video demonstrates  the only way I can get Luxe to sync. Even after clearing FitBit app's cache.

1) Removing my Luxe from my wrist,

2) placing the Luxe device on the power charger (plugged into a laptop),

3) and rebooting the Luxe device by pressing the button 3 times.

It's insane that you need to do this! It should sync every time you open the Fitbit app if only the device is in Bluetooth range (up to 10 feet)!
