Hi there, @Kentwood. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. Hi @Kentwood  the Luxe doesn't have an altimeter, so it can't recognize altitude. It can't count flights of stairs.
