I have a android phone.. I am unable to see my sleep score on my fit but luxe. I tried restarting and syncing. I don't know why it doesn't show? Please help and advise.

Hi there, @Avayu415. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Fitbit Luxe.
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
Hope this helps.

All of that is correct. It’s worked just fine the first week. Losing features one by one.

My Luxe tracked sleep for the first couple of days, then it’s been off since. Twice it said I slept 4 hours per night and another night, no tracking at all. I have also followed the troubleshooting instructions but no improvement.
