Hi! I am so stuck on how to get my sleep score.
In the past 2 weeks my sleep score has only recorded 5 times. I have tried restarting, looking for updates, I make sure it’s on tight. Nothing seems to help.
I thought maybe it was just something that isn’t always done every day until I saw my friends app and she has a sleep score every day.
any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Hi @Meganbee -- in order to get a sleep score you need to be getting sleep stages. Have a look through What Should I know about Sleep Stages article for some information on why that might not be happening some nights.

I do get sleep stages every night, it’s just not showing a score. I spoke to support who said I might not get a constant heart rate all night. I sleep on my side that my Fitbit is on. I might try swapping it to my other side at night. See if it makes a difference

Switching hands is a good idea.
