My screen has suddenly gone blank and will not switch back on. I put it on charge (although the app said it had medium charge) I have tried resetting the Fitbit logo flashes on and just as quickly goes off. I have removed the Luxe from the app and tried to reconnect but the app is now not recognising the luxe and of course I can’t switch the Luxe on. So fed up only had this a couple of weeks, it is really disappointing, any suggestions or shall I just return this and ask for my money back ?

This happened to me today. Used it for a swim on swim mode so was water locked, working fine after then noticed about 2 hours later screen is blank and won’t sync or even be found. My Luxe is only about 3 weeks old. Did you get any feedback from Fitbit?

Hi there, @Sunniesusie. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Luxe.
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, please try restarting your Luxe. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work either and your watch hasn't vibrated for the restart process, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

Thanks, I always keep a towel by the side of the pool and dry it as soon as I’m done timing. I don’t think it’s the pins that need cleaning as it’s only a few weeks old. It restarted after I charged it last night (although wasn’t flat when it turned off) but has screen is blank again this morning after a few minutes of being off charge. Will try a reboot.

This happens to me daily. I have to reset it every day. I tried contacting support and I got no help from them. I have had this luxe as soon as it came available. As I said everyday I have to reset it. To get it going

I also had this problem, when I put the fitbit on water lock mode it was impossible to get it back to normal. I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do, but what worked for me was changing the background on the app. You can of course change it back again.
