Fitbit Luxe won't vibrate when I receive notifications

I’ve turned on notifications, and I can read them on my Luxe, but the luxe doesn’t vibrate like my Alta HR did when I received texts or calls. How do I get it to vibrate?

Hi there, @Abuelitita. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Fitbit Luxe. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend to make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

When the do not disturb setting is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The do not disturb icon illuminates in quick settings.

When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Adjust settings

You can't turn on the do not disturb setting and sleep mode at the same time.
