Fitbit app continues not to show proper step count

Once synced, you see a count but if you go back a day, the count is zero.

Also historical weight data is missing on the Android but on iPad, it's there.

On both. I see the app is at 4.30

Ok so it's great that you mentioned that you're using an iPad and Android, but which model for each one?  And are both apps updated?
