Fitbit app (iPhone IOS 18.3.1) not showing steps from Fitbit Luxe

Since 20/2, the Fitbit app shows zero steps. The weekly report this morning is correct (to the best of my knowledge), and if I look at 'today's steps) the figure appears to be correct.

I have restarted the Luxe, deleted the app from my phone and reisntalled it, removed the device from the app and added it back.

All other tracking data appears to be correct.

This indicates it is syncing correctly to the cloud, the Luxe is correctly recording data, so it points to the app (which I have reinstalled).

Any ideas?

I have just the opposite problem. It is double recording my steps from my walking workout.

How long have you had the problem?

It is intermittent. Only happened a couple times. Read in community this was a glitch? FYI - my issue is not that it is NOT showing steps, but that it is duplicating the steps completed in a walking workout.

I am having the same issue with my inspire 3. The Fitbit app on my phone shows 0 steps for today. The phone is at the same iOS.  I also removed the app, restarted my Fitbit and turned off my Bluetooth. No connection. My iPad still syncs. Frustrating. Have you received any response yet?

Mine did recover after another restart and has been fine ever since. Mine was definitely syncing as I get a weekly report that shows my steps and that was correct but the steps showed as zero on the app. All the other metrics were correct on the app. So I knew the phone was syncing, I knew the Fitbit itself was recording the data correctly. And although everything is fine now the app still shows no steps for those days it wasn't working. On the basis the data in the cloud was correct (as my weekly email was correct), how on earth can that be? Unless the app only pulls down a days data once as you can change data historically? Its a mystery....
