Fitbit app is not showing my calories or steps

Not sure when this started but I can’t find my steps and/or calories burned. Also every few days it won’t log my sleep. It’s all up to date and I’ve reset so that’s not the issue. TIA

Hi, @Mom4two805, welcome, you do not mention if you are having a problem "syncing" your "Luxe". In the "Today screen" in the Fitbit app on your phone slide your finger down and release. If this does not allow you to make progress (Allowing you have already restarted your "Luxe") try -

  • Unpair your Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe again.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.

Cheers
