From today, I can no longer see my step on the app. I’ve gone through articles on the help site and followed everyone’s helpful tips but when I edit, there isn’t even an option for steps.
It was fine yesterday!
battery on phone and Luxe is charged, I’ve removed app and reinstalled, turned phone off, Bluetooth etc but still only seeing calories and no steps atall. Can’t see steps for any precious days either…. Help please 😊

Hi there, @Cwills76. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with the Fitbit app before reaching out.
As per the description of your post, it seems like your Fitbit Luxe is not set up on your Fitbit account and that would explain why you're only seeing the calories tile. To make sure the Fitbit device has recently synced or is still paired to the Fitbit account, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If you don't see the Fitbit Luxe, you'll need to pair your Fitbit device again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Once the above has been done, please try adding the step tile.
