I am constantly frustrated that my Luxe does not alert me via email anymore when the battery is low. I have checked my account settings and it's 'on' for email alerts (and also alerts via my Luxe screen). But I certainly haven't been receiving emails and my Luxe, therefore, keeps going flat and I have to delete the app, forget the device on Bluetooth etc. each time and sometimes even delete the app and start again. Argh! Anyone else experienced the same?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Liquidjade.
I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to receive your low battery alerts. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.

In addition, you can set it up as a replacement device:
Hope this helps.

Me too. In addition, my full battery runs out in less than 72 hours.

I routinely have to restart the Fitbit, as you mention above, and it does nothing to re-start the low battery email alerts. You have my email address, that's clear to see in my account details. I have have email alerts for low battery very clearly switched 'on' so why aren't you emailing me?!
