Fitbit luxe misses most steps after only 2 days

Hi,

I got my Fitbit luxe 2 days ago and was really enjoying it. However, about 3 hours ago it stopped counting about 90% of my steps.

I have tried restarting it, turning bluetooth off and on, same with GPS, adding the device on the again... The only I haven't tried yet is setting the device back to factory settings. 

I have to admit I'm pretty disappointed to run into a glitch so soon... Has anyone has the same experience/does anyone have a solution?
