  • My fitbit lux.  The bands that attach to the face are not tight or fighting tightly.  I have almost lost my watch.  At the point where the band meets the face. To expensive to loose it. Do  I have to return it? Rather not loose my money cuz of this problem.

I had the same problem with mine.  As it turns out, the band wasn't being pushed in far enough.  You should hear a slight "click" once it's locked in securely.

I do hear the click or feel it click in. But it still works a bit loose. And I have to push it every now and then to only hear it click again. This is very unsettling. What else can I do
