I wear my Fitbit Luxe on my non-dominant arm during the day and have non-dominant selected. It usually doesn’t track any sleep at all if I wear it to bed like this. Sometimes it might catch like 2-3 hours.
Shortly after discovering this, I tried switching it to my dominant arm for sleep (but do not change the dominant/non-dominant setting) and that seemed to give me pretty accurate results. So I’ve just been switching wrists when I go to bed.
It kinda works, but often I forget to switch it. I’m really annoyed that I have to do it at all, and am hoping maybe there’s another solution?
I did try leaving it on my non-dominant arm and switching to the dominant setting. It still recorded no sleep.
