Fitbit shuts down during excercise

Hi, my fitbit when I run and I want to record my excercise with “run” starts to work but then, in an immediate second moment, shut down: it’s all black screen and not responsive with touch. So the excercise is not recorded and to reactive it i have to charge it but the battery still 50% - 70%. So i don’t think it’s the problem. This happens only with starting to record an excercise. What I have to do? I don’t see any upgrade or else.

Try restarted your Luxe and then start an exercise activity. Hopefully that will fix it.

Restart Luxe
If you can’t sync Luxe or you have trouble with tracking your stats or receiving notifications,
restart your tracker from your wrist:
1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app .
2. Open the Settings app Restart Device Restart.
If Luxe is unresponsive:
1. Connect Luxe to the charging cable. For instructions, see Charge your tracker.
2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second
between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
