Food log not working

I was trying to log my food today and it will not show any food when I put an item in. It will also not show anything in the database when I scan and I know those items are in there. Please help. I have a sense 2 and an apple

Same here. It worked this am, then stopped. I've added custom, barcode, searches you name it. I uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone, nothing is working! Glad you guys know. Thanks for the help!

Still happening as of almost 7pm EST. I go to log in one food item I go back to the general screen where I can see the days food items and one of the food items disappears. Then when I go back to the app later eventually all of the food items for today disappear. All other days are still listed normally. Very frustrating!

I use an iPhone, have logged in and out, shut down phone and back on, deleted app and reinstalled, updated versions etc - all the recommended items. Food is not logging, just disappearing. Doesn’t matter if it’s a custom item or not, anytime of day it’s the same.

Same here as well.

im on Android. Most of this has been on my phone, but I also grabbed my Andtrid tablet as well to see if a different device helps and it didnt.

I was able to add 2 things this morning. Tea and honey.

I was not able to add anything else since. I tried again at lunch, I added from my frequent foods. It would not save. I've tried adding it to every meal time frame, none of them saved. I then tried adding calories with the "123" button, and also the quick add button. it didnt save, so then i tried again every timeframe, and finally one entry of manual calories saved in the evening snack slot.

I later had a snack, tried from my frequent foods, it didnt save, so i thought fine and edited the quick calorie entry that did save earlier. updated that with my additional calories. saved. Its now gone from my tracking. its not counted in my over/under leftover calories anymore.

What has worked is editing the entry for "honey" which I had saved this morning. That saved and didnt go away.

I have tried adding tea to yesterday's food log, didnt save, and also a few days ago.

I've tried adding from the + sign both from the dashboard and from within the day's food page. i've also tried with the barcode scanner. absolutely nothing has worked besides editing the entry that did save this morning...

Forgot to say Google pixel phone. And the food entry was disappearing when I put it in. At first it was letting me add one more big now nothing.

Fitbit App has issue logging food/calories for today Thursday  12/04/25.  Restarted phone, forced quit APP ,restarted APP, Updated APP via Google Play, Nothing resolved issue.

My Fitbit  is a Luxe.

Sorry, just saw what added info you wanted. Think it’s happening regardless of how the food is added. It’s happening to all food items. Regardless of if it’s custom or listed database ones. All meals affected. And this is iOS.

Adding on to this that I have also tried the custom food as well. It showed up for a moment. but as soon as I tried to add a second both disappeared. and no custom food has worked since
