Bought a gorjana Luxe for my wife and it looks gorgeous but the bracelet doesn't connect flush with the Fitbit device. It leaves a sharpish edge that could catch on things. Is this normal? Would be a perfect device if not for this little quirk.

My Fitbit Luxe has come off of the Gorjana bracelet several times. Luckily I haven’t dropped it or lost it. Very disappointed with this product. Loved my Alta before this.

Thank you Annie! Yes I will not ‘update’ to the luxe yet until FB improves the luxe. The issue with the Bands are really unacceptable. How can you pay 200 euros for a product that most likely will fall off your wrist?? Other than that all the issues I see with the software, not connecting etc has Made me decide not to upgrade yet. Until they can deliver a solid new fitbit I will keep my Alta HR. Its a pitty though, was really looking forward to upgrade after 3,5 years....

I have had mine disconnect several times, fortunately when I was right there to catch it. Came to this forum to see if others were having the same issue and it looks like it is a common problem. I will reach out to FitBit to see if they have a solution, love the look and tracker 🙂

I was sent a new pebble but the gap-issues was the same, so I've ended up returning the whole Gorjana set now. 😞

Same. Also, I’ve had mine less than two weeks and the finish is already worn off? Anyone else?

Did your replacement gold band stay on the device? Mine has fallen off many times. Fortunately each time I have managed to catch it so I haven't lost it...yet.

Ditto here. I thought long and hard before putting so much money into a new one even though my Alta was working just fine (only had problem with the screen being faint)
I will go back to wearing my Alta and the several nice bands I bought to go with it, which never came off without me deliberately taking it off.
I just hope I can get a full refund. Very disappointing.

I sure wish I had connected with the"community". Before buying my Fitbit Luxe special edition. The gold band has fallen off so many times I'm afraid to wear it until I hear back from Fitbit about a resolution. I've been wearing the pink band that comes with it as well and I've had no problems with it falling off. I think it's just a poor design.

45 days? Well that stinks. I waited more than 45 days to get the product when it was introduced. I sure hope I don't get the runaround if I can't resolve this band problem.

i am sending it back for a refund....but they made me pay for shipping! not a stand up thing for any company to do given the defective product. I will request reimbursement for shipping....doubtful I will get it, but I will ask....

you have a year under warranty...i suggest taking them up on it and when it fails again under the warranty replacement , which it most likely will....ask for a refund then...
