Hi there. I just received a Gorjana Fitbit Luxe with 2 bands:one pink silicone and one stainless steel elegant bracelet. The bracelet comes off a few times per day and last time I almost dropped the watch on the ground because of it. Tried to contact customer support, but there's no e-mail address available, and I don't use Twitter, so no way to contact them. What should I do? I want to be able to use the bracelet, not only the silicone band
