Gorjana band is not for exercising in

(submitted directly to Fitbit) I just wanted to let you know that the gorjana band is not good. It is very pretty but now I have lost two fitbit Luxes because they have popped off. I even recently returned a gorjana band, received a replacement and it still popped off and I lost it while throwing 350 bales of hay.

Hello @kadempster77 and welcome to the Community.  Here is a link to Fitibt's Wear & Care recommendations.  Accessory bands, like the Gorjana band, are designed for daily wear and aren't intended for heavy or vigorous activity.  Please switch to the classic band that came with your Luxe for heavy work.

Every gorjana band is totally defective and has a design flaw. Throwing bales of hay, or sitting down eating pasta the band will fall off. Fitbit has known this for years and continues to sell this band. So disappointing.
