Is anyone else having an issue with the gorjana for Luxe Parker Link Bracelet
falling off and not staying attached to the Luxe? I’m afraid I will lose it somewhere and won’t be able to retrieve the Luxe. Support would not do anything about it when I called months ago.

@TLR1 This issue has popped up a few times in this forum. Seems like everyone was taken care of through customer service. Try to reach out to them again.

This idea may have been mentioned (and it will probably void any warranties) but I wonder if putting a dot of superglue on the end would hold it on.....I'm sending mine back today for a replacement. If the replacement does the same thing, and I haven't lost the fitbit (!), I'm going to try that.
